Methodology

As a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner, NewData Strategies’ project management is based on its proven Technology Deployment Framework (TDF). TDF is the culmination of leveraging elements of the Microsoft Consulting Service’s Solutions Framework and our own technology specific deployment procedures to facilitate the smooth implementation of technology projects and ensure project success. The Technology Deployment Framework outlines a simple and clear path for the project team to follow by providing a proven set of procedures and processes. Using the framework reduces the potential risk incurred during the course of the implementation process, and defines a clear set of deliverables that will effectively propel the project goals to fruition.

Under the framework this is accomplished through three clear phases applicable to the success of any technology deployment, consisting of Discovery and Envisioning, Analysis and Design, and Implementation and Deployment. Although specific requirements for individual projects will vary, traditionally these three phases will remain an integral part of the project process. The three primary documents that facilitate these phases are:
